On Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 6:30 until about 9:00 pm, you are welcome to join teacher Larry Riddle and others for stretching and QiGong (on Tuesdays) and Tai Chi (on Thursdays). The stretching portion of the classes lasts for about 90 minutes. For QiGong and Tai Chi students, stretches are required. If you prefer, you can come to just the stretching portion of the class. Beginners are welcome. Wear loose fitting clothing and flat tennis shoes, if you have them. These classes are free.
